The interview process consisted of an initial telephone interview for 30-45 minutes, a technical online test which was a mix of C# .NET and SQL questions, which I found to be very detailed and quite challenging. Finally I had a face to face interview, with a lead developer and the development manager. The people all came across as very open and friendly. The office was very bright, new and modern, with lots of glass. The office is close to Luton airport though I didn't hear anything whilst inside the building.
