First two rounds were great. Third round the lady gave off bad unprofessional energy by abruptly canceling my interview late Friday before a Monday morning interview. Recruiter rescheduled . 2nd round said someone quit recently. My skillset transferred great for this role but the lady seemed like she would not be good to work with.

The interview process went very well. I made sure that I studied up on the organization so that I was prepared for the interview. The recruiter was very professional and kind. The company ended up closing the position due to expansions and management request to hold off on filling the position. I was told that the company should open it back up around April 16th-20th and I was told they would contact me to further the interview process at that point. When those dates came, no one called me or emailed me. I did call and leave a message, sent a LinkedIn note, and emailed the recruiter to check back in about the position to see if it was open, but I never heard back. I was disappointed because the initial interview went so well and I really wanted to work for NStar. The experience talking with the recruiter and the application process went great though. I can easily say it was one of the best interviews I have had with an organization.
