My first interview ended unexpectedly being for two different positions. So I ended up interviewing with two different heads of departments. They went well and was asked to choose which position I might be more interested in and then came back for and interviewed with the director of that department. All the interviews went really well, but then I never heard back from anyone either way. I called and emailed and no one responded.
