I interviewed for the role of senior member of technical staff and dealt with all the interview rounds even my CTC breakup was discussed but at the time of offer letter they changed everything. It was more kinda career counseling session. 3 Interviews and then one final call for CTC breakup

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE No one respects your time and efforts There were total 4 round: They scheduled 2 rounds initially Round 1: I did all the questions 100% correct DS Algo question Medium to High level. Round 2: They wanted to reschedule round 2 for me as the interviewer got busy, it was Friday evening. but then they got someone to take it. The interviewer wasn't interested. He kept getting phone calls in the middle, and he kept whispering to some girl while I was trying to solve the questions. So unprofessional and so distracting. Then they Scheduled the next 2 rounds together. Round 3: System design round. I didn't do too well. So, I was expecting that they will not take my last hiring manager round. but they did. Round 4: 1 hour round was of just 20 mins, the interviewer was very rude. He asked some questions about my resume and then told few things about them. They rejected me saying 3 interviewers were not happy about my performance. It was a really bad experience and so unprofessional people.
