I had a very disappointing experience with Vsynergize AI during the hiring process. I cleared all the interview rounds for the React Developer position, and the HR even asked if I could join the very next day. I explained that since I was in my hometown, I needed one day to relocate, which seemed completely reasonable. The very next day, I was informed that my candidature was suddenly put “on hold” despite being told I was selected, citing that other candidates were still in the interview pipeline. Within two days, I was informed that the role was closed and that they had hired a MERN stack developer with supposedly better experience. This reflects very poor hiring management and lack of professionalism. Giving verbal confirmation and urgency to join, and then backing out without transparency, wastes candidates’ time and effort. I would advise job seekers to be cautious while engaging with this company.
