The interview process was very pleasant. In all, there were 3 phone interviews (I was in Paris applying for a position in London in the COVID period). a) A conversation with the talent team, where the objective was to present the possibilities of internship at Vortexa that would fit my profile. b) An interview with the Market Research and Marketing team, which aimed to understand my motivation to work in the department as well as my related experiences. c) An interview with the CEO, which took the form of a less formal conversation.
