I heard of the company through an old colleague who is very happy there. I had contact via LinkedIN with a Recruiter and with the hiring manage. The first interview was on the telephone with a manager and later on I had a face to face in the Amsterdam office too. I also had a good conversation with the Recruiter on the telephone. Unfortunately there was no opening at the moment for the international market, so we didn't move on. Later on they did get back to me (when a new role came up) I was no longer available.

There are 4 rounds, mostly discussion about your qualifications and experience. The interview process is quick and once you are selected you can expect offer asap, negotiation is also accepted in this company
