Multi stage interview with 3-4 phone calls with the department managers, then one final zoom call with 6 employees. The initial interviews went great, and I was asked to provide some data driven insights, and then had a final interview with various employees. I was told by the recruiter afterwards that one of the managers simply didn't like me, which isn't criticism I've ever heard, but appreciated them at least letting me know.
