Entrevista
I applied for the Account Manager position through VisionPoint's website and received an email within a week to start the process. The interview process started with an initial phone screening with one of the Account Directors that lasted about 30-45 minutes. After the first phone screening, I was invited to come to the office for an on-site interview. We tried to schedule the on-site, however, it was tough to find a time that worked for both parties with the holidays and me living in another state at the time. Instead of the on-site, we did a series of skype interviews. I skyped with employees in account service, marketing, design and development. The interviews were broken up by departments where 2-3 people from that department were present. Each interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. After the skype interviews, I received another email asking me to schedule one final meeting with upper management. This meeting was also done via skype and lasted roughly an hour. A week or so later I received a call from the company where they offered me the position. Overall, it was a great experience. All parties that were involved in the interview process seemed truly interested in getting to know me and determine if I would be a good fit for the role as well as the company.
