Initial phone call with HR: went really well and discussed my exprience and qualifications. Second round with hiring manager, he seemed to be busy in the background and not paying much attention to our conversation as he might have made his decision prior to our meeting. During the interview, I realized the gap between my exprience and the required background they were looking for.
