Initial screening (CV, psychometric) and then I participated in their Case Cracking competition, from which I was fast-tracked to the final interview which was an online interview with two senior employees.

Very long selection process. The vacancy was posted on september 2022, they did not contacted me until November , where I was requested to fill several tests and conduct an asynchronous video interview (mainly behavioral). Then ,until February 2023 I was not contacted. In this case , they scheduled an interview with managers, where you need to prepare previously a case study which consisted of a case scenario which could apply to the company , you need to prepare a 15-minute presentation ( do research + PowerPoint). This preparation took me around 10 hours. Then Two weeks after the interview , I received a rejection call , telling me I was rejected because I did not do an extensive research to propose an answer. Definitely, a waste of time. Besides of that, between the interview and the rejection call, I was contacted by HR to explain the salary conditions , which , in my opinion , for this position and the company , was pretty low.
