The interview process was quite smooth. There were 3 rounds of interview and the interviews ranges from technical skill, social skills and situational skills. After 3 rounds of interview, an offer letter was given and I was able to negotiate and accepted it.

Entrevista
Pretty terrible experience. Applied 17 March, got an email on 23 March asking me about my salary expectations and hybrid remote. 20 April, get a follow up saying they lost my application in a new recruitment system. Proceed with the first technical interview on 22 April which I felt went super well. Nobody followed up with me after. Writing this 4 May. Don't want to be given the run-around so I decided to not go further with the application. I don't want take a job with someone who cannot show even the most basic respect.

- Online assessment in Python with processing log files
- Technical Interview with Team Lead (Kubernetes, AWS, VPC, Spark)
- Interview with Senior Leadership
