The whole hiring process was smooth and clear. I had 4 step interviews with HR manager-recruiter, local HR Manager, the employee who would train me for the position and the Country Manager, All the VISA employees I met during the recruitment were polite, nice and clear about the position, the requirements and what they were expecting from the new joiner. Salary, benefits and info about the role were dislosed during the first step. I was really impressed how they treated me. It took almost two month to have an offer, but considering the process was also during holidays, it is understandable. After each interview they were letting me know within a week if I passed to the next step.
