The interview process was confusing and a bit disorganized. During the interview, the manager asked why I was interested in moving to SF. I mentioned that the role was in Austin, and he seemed confused. It was also very difficult to understand the manager and what exactly was being asked. I later interviewed with team members over a Zoom call, and that process was also confusing. Most of them asked vague questions. I ended up getting an offer, but it was rescinded. They claimed that they had made mistake. I was very disappointed with the process and did not come away with a good impression.
