Please stay away from this company, they only care when they need. 1. Applied for a job in November 2021, interview got scheduled for end of the month. 2. Two hours before interview, got a mail, interview cancelled. 3. After 2 months, again got a call as the position was opened, went ahead and interview was scheduled for February 2022. 4. Cleared a technical round and hacker rank on February 2022, and got positive feedback from interviewer . 5. Waited for almost 2 months with regular follow-up mails(please note - no response whatsoever from recruiters), finally got one more interview and hacker rank scheduled for April 2022. 6. Cleared the interview and hacker rank with flying colors as per interviewers feedback. 7. Waiting since 2 months now, no response from recruiters to my multiple follow-ups. I don't understand, if interviewer is sharing positive feedback , then why the process is stuck without transparency, why the recruiters don't respond to follow-ups, why they only comeback when they need. I'm not sure, if I'll get a response/offer, but in any case will stay away from this company. Recruiters, rejection mail is far better than ghosting, if a candidate is trying for a job at your company, this is only because you need a resource, so please respect them.
