I have applied through referral. They have called me for F2F interview to their office. There was interview scheduled with 2 interviewer. It was very good discussion in both round. I thought I should be selected. After two rounds of interview hiring manager told me they will collect the data point about the interview and will get back to you in next 3-4 days but they never told me anything about my feedback. it is very sad that they don't give proper feedback. It was really bad experience.

Talked to the recruiter initially and then was asked to come in for an onsite interview. There were 4 interviews, 3 technical interviews with engineers where I white boarded coding problems. The last was with the Director of the team.
