I went through three stages of phone interviews: First with the recruiter, next with the hiring manager, and the next with the senior leadership team. After these, the recruiter just vanished and there is absolutely zero communication despite my follow ups. Extremely negative and frustrating experience.

Only one interview with hiring manager, very short. It was pretty clear, pretty fast that the qualifications and skills were not that important and he wanted someone less experienced than me.
