There were scheduling issues, the recruiter was unresponsive and slow. When we finally scheduled a time, the interviewer did not call. The second time we scheduled, the person who was to interview me did not show up and the substitute had no clue about my background, he himself said "I wasn't given your resume". He did not know what stage of the process I was in. It seemed like, they just wanted to conduct the interview BECAUSE it had been scheduled. In the end, I was sent a canned mail that they were going ahead with other candidates. Just shows how much they care about interns and their attitude toward them. This entire process took 6+ weeks.
