I was initially contacted by recruiters. They passed on my CV to VISA Europe.
I then had to perform an online assessment. One of the test was a Logical reasoning test, the other an aptitude test involving the comparison of strings under time pressure.
Then an interview at their offices in London.
General competency based questions, and a scenario exercise which focused heavily on multi tasking.

When did you have to make a quick decision of high impact?
Very thorough and smooth interview process. It consisted of 3 separate parts. The first part was a competency based interview and review of my CV. The second part was an exercise. The third part was an informal discussion of the role with a current employee.

Screening interview with HR, then online test and finally an on-site assessment centre day. Easy process, people were friendly overall but not very communicative before and after process. No offer due to an internal budget issue apparently...

Applied online and was invited for an interview with 2 individuals.
Interview was a waste of time as they both spent majority of the time complaining about their experiences with my current employer as opposed to actually interviewing me.
Also got the impression that they weren't actually sure of the position they were supposed to have been interviewing me for.
