First interview by director of the team, asking about the act to deal with customer issues etc. Mostly scenario based questions. Went through my resume as well and as some questions about my experiences. I was told the next round of interview will be scheduled soon. Was also told by my friend who previously worked in Visa that the whole process might take 3 to 4 weeks. Hoping for the best.

Very concise and light. Nice mood and proper setting of expectations. Introduction and background to the role was explained well. Overall a great interview, direct and clear but the mood is still setup nicely.
