Phone interview first with recruiter, then hiring manager. Then invited to in person at their facility in Long Beach. You were required to take a 30 minute excel test which is impossible to finish. Ultimately this is a strong enough reason to get you eliminated. You may seem to be a perfect fit and enjoyed the people but this test is a make it or break it. Ultimately though, things happen for a reason!
