Applied Online 06/25, immediately got an email to complete the online assessment. Completed the assessment that night. 06/25 received email that they wanted me to complete a video interview. 06/26 completed video interview. Prepared by studying questions that people posted on here and was pleasantly surprised when I was prepared for each and every one of them. Very easy, quick, and to the point. 07/05 Got an email saying I had moved forward to schedule a phone screening and completed the phone screening 07/07. Like many have said on Glassdoor, it was not much of an interview but more of them making sure you don't have tattoos to disclose or odd piercings. This is when they tell you that they do not fly you out for the in-person interview, which is the next step, or pay for you to fly out to training or pay for housing during training, if you make it through. You have to confirm that you can pay on your own to attend these two events if you want to move forward. I thought this was weird because almost every other airline pays for it all (flight to interview, flight to training, and hotel for duration of training) from other research I have done. I confirmed and then this was when I was invited to attend the in person interview. There were two dates to choose from 07/12 and 0719, I chose the latter because I wanted more time to book a flight and get myself ready to travel. Interview is the 19th so wish me luck!
Easy application format - basic information, resume/cover letter and then a 35 minute questionnaire (i.e. personality traits and working as a team vs alone). As soon as I completed my application I received a notice that I wasn't a good candidate for the position - I assume this has to do with my answers in the questionnaire because it was too short of a time for anyone to have reviewed either my resume or cover letter. I understand that personality can "make or break" guest experience when it comes to customer care, but it's a shame that someone with many years of customer service experience could be declined simply because they didn't score well on a personality test.

May 24- Submitted my application online. Then they emailed me to do assessment tests lasts dir 30min. After that few hours later they sent me link to do a video interview.
May 25- As soon as wake up I prepare to set up my phone and myself to do the video interview. I did practice on their recommended video before i proceed with the actual interview. Take as much practice as you can because once you start the video interview you cannot go back and watch yourself. It will be submitted straight away.
Now i'm kinda stalking my email every chance i have to check if they already message me for phone interview or i hope straight to f2f to get this over done with. I have seen some waited for 2 weeks or so for their phone interview. Oh well, this is the waiting game portion.
