I had a phone call with the Director of Customer Success Manager, who is in Chicago. Then, I went for an in-person interview. I spoke and met the Customer Success team in Vancouver, the Sales Manager, and the CEO. I didn't get an offer, but it's amusing to see them still hiring, and it's now the end of February.
