      A recruiter started a conversation on Angelist and asked if I would be interested in the role. I signified interest and the interview started. I had an initial call with a member of their hiring team about my background. Weeks later, I got an email to fill a form on questions I had already answered on a call with their recruiting staff. Afterwards a call was scheduled with an Engineering manager to still go much of the same questions. Then I got a take-home. Honestly, at this point I did not take it too seriously anymore. The take-home is supposed to be done in 4-hours, but that's unrealistic if you intend doing it well. So I barely gave it much thought and my submission was rightfully not good enough. I reapplied after some time, and this time around decided to give it a proper go. My submission to their take-home was accepted. I had a follow-on interview call involving questions about Frontend development and my submission, I'd say it went really well unless the interviews are good at sugercoating genuine feedback. They promised someone from the hiring team will reach out to me in a few days. That was the last I heard from them, despite sending emails to solicit feedback (negative or positive). Writing this review because that is no way to treat anyone. It also affected my other interviews because I was waiting on this before continuing others.
