Met with Jared the Owner got to know each other for an hour and asked about experience and work experience. Got to know the environment and got a tour of the buildings. Saw the current order managemnt system and the way things are currently running. Its a small company less than 10 people working there and everyone knows each other really well. Looks like a lot of lifting and moving during their busy season.
