Interview process consisted of a group of three applicants together answering the interviewer's questions. Once of us would be asked a question that would then be posed to the rest of the group.

They asked how we would help customers who could not find a product in-store.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
