It was very short. I basically gave them my resume, interviewed the same day, and received a phone call that I was hired last night. I went ahead and wore their all-black dress code in order to show I was alright with it and committed to it. It was a very relaxed process that I actually enjoyed.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
