It was 3 of us at the interview.
At the first stage we had to build a bridge which can hold a tot car suspended. The whole point of it was to work as a team.
We had to go in individually a do a role playing experience where one of the recruiters was a customer and we were the sales associate. That was to sell a bra and panties.
And lastly, they had some standard interview questions at the end.
The whole interview was lovely, the recruiters were genuinely super nice people!!

Tell me about a time when you received a really good customer service.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
