Very drawn out, bureaucratic, and slooooooooooooow. Took nearly 2 months after the recruiter reached out to me before I actually talked with the hiring manager, and then another month for the 2nd round. Also ViaSat seems to be very bureacratic and old-school in what they ask for such as income verification (sorry, not giving that info to you as I'm not sure what that has to do with my candidacy). Benefits seems to be very rich however and if you survive the interviewing process, seems to be an OK company from what I could tell.
