There were five 1:1 personal interviews, each lasting 1/2 hour with the hiring manager and other collaborators. Very comfortable working atmosphere, I felt overdressed in a suit. Via Sat called me after the job was awarded to tell me that although I was a lead candidate and they were very impressed, the ultimately hired from within when an employee expressed interest late in the process. Although I did not get an offer, I was very impressed with Viasat and their team. Genuine people, great first impression and I respect the decision to hire from within. Maybe I'll find another spot at Viasat!
