I am very sorry you were unsuccessful in your application. I am particularly concerned about your feeling of discrimination and I would strongly encourage you to make contact with our Recruitment Manager so we can explore this further with you in a confidential and appropriate manner.
We take such matters very seriously and have built in many processes to strip conscious and unconscious bias out of our recruitment practice. For example, all applications are anonymous, the scoring of applications is always done by more than one hiring manager, and interviews also always involve more than one manager. Everyone involved in either the attraction or selection phases of recruitment are trained, and training is centred around inclusivity, equality and diversity.
