The interview process was pretty rigorous. There was a phone screen, 2:1 interview (casual), skills-based assessment, panel interview (more formal), and a 1:1 (casual) interview. Looking back I appreciate the care and detail that was put into the process. There was a really strong sense of their desire to make sure that ViRTUS would be a good fit for me, as well as me for them.
