Applied on the company website. Contacted for phone screen exactly 2 weeks after job post. Scheduled for an on-site two weeks after initial phone interview. I met with 4 people; one after the other. Half hour intervals. Lunch was provided; though it was not what I ordered through the initial email where the HR representative asked me to choose something from the menu. Anyway, it was still a nice gesture. I sent my thank yous and a couple days after the interview, I received a call from HR stating great feedback and that I would definitely hear from her in January because the hiring manager was going on Christmas break a couple days after my interview. January 14th - Sent a follow up email - No response Feb 2nd - Sent a follow up email - No response Feb 5th - Called / left voicemail to re-express initial interest - No call back Very strange not to hear back AT ALL based on such a good interview and great feedback from the team. Nevertheless, I got a job with another company in this long stretch of time and I couldn't be happier. Though I don't have anything negative to say about the supply team, I wished HR would have followed up as promised (with good or bad news).
