The interview process started with a phone interview and multiple on-site interviews, followed by a dinner, and more phone interviews. I met with people from most departments that I would be engaged in working with. The company is looking for a cultural fit and that the interviewee knows the job they are applying for.

Excessively long, complicated, drawn out. I was subjected to numerous interviews over several months, followed by a personality assessment that was required a few days prior to cattle call-like in-person interview series. I went through all of this and then rejected for internal candidate. Waste of time and energy. It was clear during this final round (and not ever discussed beforehand) that the organization is focused on quantity rather than quality.

Got on the phone with the hiring manager, wasn’t a fit. Got an email stated following up with the recruiter multiple times saying it wasn’t the fit. If I had gone forward I think they said it would be a panel interview but I never made it that far.
