Interview with 5 managers over 2.5 hours. Fairly straightforward questions. They claim to be people oriented company, however the fact that they don't come back with any feedback, so after 6-8 week you have to only presume that you have not got the role. Time off from work, effort to apply for role and interview would mean at lead to be treated with respect. Would this be a reflection on the rest of the company working culture?

4 rounds: HR screen, Hiring manager interview, Exec Director/VP interview, Final round was a Panel interview (one after the other, not all at once with HR lead, hiring manager plus 3 others). Everyone was very nice, Despite multiple scheduling issues on their end during the process the HR team was very communicative. Would have really enjoyed the role, team, etc. Then nothing - ghosted. The only way I knew I didn't get the role was because I logged into their Workday system for candidates.
