The interview was with a group of 3 or 4 people. Was initially contacted by phone to come in for interview. I introduced myself, but for some reason they decided against introducing themselves to me. The culture seemed to be all based on what the president decided. ThEy seemed to offer a great opportunity for engineers to gain real experience in the field. After the initial interview in which I felt went poorly, I was contacted around 2 weeks after for a follow up
