The initial HR interview went well, covering my background and experience that made me a fit for the role. However, at the end of the interview, it was disclosed that the role would not consider remote applicants, or even 1x a week on-site (which is the arrangement I currently have). I declined to go any further, as I am not looking for a hybrid working arrangement.
