The first interview was conducted by 3 Area Managers for Verizon FIOS. They all asked questions and were fairly nice. Some more quiet than the other guys. The second interview was done by the Director of Operations and the HR Business Partner. This the deciding factor in the Process

I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then an interview with the Hiring Manager (my future boss with the title “Area Operations Manager”. So in total there were two interviews. The recruiting process was really easy and they made the pay range transparent from the start.
