Applied Online, contacted and phone screened by HR who asked very good questions, phone screened by a Director and a Manager at same time, brought in for an onsite group interview where I was asked stupid questions that HR forced them to ask, I was given a text book test that had nothing to do with the technical expertise required for the job and they did not explain the department day to day tasks, their roles in the department or determine how I would be a good fit for the job. HR never followed up with a rejection email their usual protocal as I interviewed in the past and never got a response back. I had to contact HR a month later to find out the status which is very disrepectful of my time.
