I was contacted by the CEO of the company. Later expressing my interest, The Lead designer scheduled the call. Without setting the agenda. The Lead designer & Product manager were taking the interview. It was 30 min slot, in which one of the interviewers appeared late. Throughout the interview, both the interviewers were very passive. Didn't brief about the role & responsibilities. Neither shared the company structure. Were not able to effectively communicate why they are hiring and what they are building.
