Applied online. A month later HR emailed me to arrange an interview. An intern was assigned to conduct the interview, asking typical HR questions and reading of the script! At the end, she said she would send her notes to the manager to see what they think! This is just a code for "I am going to reject your application but pretend it was the manager's decision". About a week later, my application was rejected without talking to the manager. I think a company with over 220000 employers could have found some more experienced HR, but not an intern, for hiring.
