This was, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I booked an online interview via Google Meet, took a day off work, and arranged my schedule—only for no one to show up. Even worse, there was no courtesy of a message, email, or any communication to reschedule or explain the absence. This complete disregard for my time is beyond unacceptable. If this is how the company operates, it’s honestly shocking and speaks volumes about its lack of professionalism and basic respect for candidates. Charlotte Hoptroff’s handling of this process was appalling and should be seriously reviewed. No one should have to deal with this level of incompetence.
