The interview process was confusing and long. At first I had a phone screening then a face to face interview with an internal recruitment consultant. I was invited back for another interview with the head of one of the recruitment teams - I was asked basically the same questions as before and he then said i would be perfect for a different team, and that i should come back into an interview with them at a later date. I came in for the 3rd interview and this was a ridiculous experience, I was interviewed by a team leader who then called in one of his colleagues who also interviewed. I was then told to go out and wait for 2 hours to have an interview with the team leaders manager. After this they still were undecided so invited me in for a one day trial, which was insightful. Even after this they couldn't decide and the team leader wanted me to go out for drinks with them to "see if i fit in with the team" this was then scrapped and I was invited for a week long paid trial. I got half way through the trial which mainly consisted of cold calling, and knew this wasn't for me, as did they. Super salesy environment with wolf of wall street wanabees They let me leave early saying we will see you tomorrow before letting the internal recruiter tell me I hadn't got the job via phone on the way home. All of this time wasted for me and for them was crazy - really need to sort out the interview process as this was a horrific experience.
