Entrevista
Starts out with a one-on-one pre screening interview with the manager with some questions and get-to-know you convo. Then a group interview with other applicants to get the details of the position. Then a final post interview with a few more questions and accepted on the spot.

Tell me about a time you set a goal for yourself and achieved it
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
