Before the Skype interview, I had to complete a series of exams to prove my competency. You only get one chance at each test. The Skype interview comprised of a discussion about the company, a discussion of subjects I'd like to tutor and gave me time to ask any questions. They also role played with me acting as the tutor and presented a few questions and asked me to teach it as if I was working with a real student. Found out at the end of the interview that they would be offering me a position.
