Applied online, prescreen with a recruiter for 20 minutes. The recruiter was 10 minutes late and asked me 2 questions. He seemed like he didn't want to engage with me so I'm not sure why I even got a call. Next supposed steps would be to meet with the Director for another phone screen or possibly go to onsite. I provided my availability and didn't hear back. I'd be fine if I got rejected but don't leave your candidates hanging. I value their time and they should value mine.
