I did a phone interview with the VP of Marketing, then a 1:1 with the CEO, then a lunch with both, then another phone interview, then met with 3 team members, then another 1:1 - all told I met with these guys 6 times over the course of 3 weeks. Each time they kept saying, "We like you, we want to make you an offer", but the offer never showed up. The VP of Marketing even said to me, "I have your paperwork filled out and your offer letter ready, I'm just waiting for final approval." He said he'd call in a week. I never heard from him. Overall it was a huge waste of my time and energy. If you don't want to hire me, then just say it so I can put energy toward something else.
