I interviewd in campus placement drive from IISER Pune. The interview process was smooth. First round was an online mathematical assessment. Then there were two rounds. In first one they ask questions related to ODE modelling. They gave some diagrams in weird shapes that can hold water with some inlet and outlet rates. I was required to formulate ODE and then solve it for some initial conditions. Some questions can be asked on plotting as well. The second round is where you have to explain your projects.

Differential equations were asked and then graphs were to be drawn for equation , and also have to plot for any changes in variables . Critical thinking is required and analysed for the role
