BEWARE. As others have described here, basic courtesy and professionalism seem to be lacking in Vanta's interview process which often ends in ghosting - even after multiple rounds.
I completed five rigorous rounds of interviews. This included a "Vanta Principles" interview, a take-home assessment, and a final fifth round. After which, I was strung along for two weeks until I was ultimately ghosted without receiving a clear decision or any feedback, even after multiple follow-up attempts.
Their decision to ghost a candidate after such a lengthy and involved interview process reflects a troubling lack of respect for the individuals who invest their time and energy into the company's hiring process. It's companies like this that are making candidates wonder where human decency has gone in the interview process.
Reading similar reviews has been both validating and troubling. It makes me wonder if they are training their recruiters to engage in this kind of behavior. If so, I'm relieved I didn't get the job.
For those who are applying, if you get the Vanta Ghost, keep your head up. There are companies out there who value your time and will treat you with decency and professionalism, whether you get the job or not.
