They're masters of ghosting: they make you come over to Luxembourg from wherever you are, under the impression that it's just a formality for the hiring process and after the interview, when they decide not to hire you, they simply don't say anything nor respond to your emails/calls. If that's a sign of the internal work environment, I'm glad I wasn't hired.
